Its ok. I love your art style and your profile pic. You probably have plenty more experience then me and I'd like to know: Is it better to do art drawn on paper or online like a computer. Cause i don't have a good quality camera and can only take low quality pictures. What do you suppose i do?

It really doesn't matter, you can draw on any medium. The quality doesn't even matter much. On my tumblr I have shitty pencil sketches I photographed with my phone in poor light with 1000+ notes and elaborate digital images that took hours to make with like five notes XD It's always a gamble but fame shouldn't be what you're aiming for anyway.
If you want to draw on the computer I recommend using a graphics tablet though. Don't use the mouse, that can seriously harm your wrist.
